1. Eligibility for Returns
General Merchandise:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., if you received an incorrect or defective item).
Firearms and Regulated Items:
Due to federal and Missouri regulations, returns of firearms, firearm parts, or other regulated items must follow additional legal requirements.
Licensed FFL Process: Returns of these items must be processed via a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
Documentation Requirements: You may be required to provide a copy of your FFL license, the original bill of sale, and any other pertinent documentation to verify compliance.
Compliance Verification: We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of FFL documentation and to refuse returns if all legal requirements are not met.
2. Return Shipping Costs and Procedures
General Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns—including regulated items—you are responsible for the shipping costs.
Packaging and Carrier Guidelines:
All items must be returned in their original, unopened condition and properly packaged to ensure safe transit. Use shipping methods that comply with federal and Missouri transportation regulations. We recommend tracking and insurance on all return shipments.
3. Refund Processing
Timeframe:
Refunds are typically issued within four weeks of receiving the returned item(s), broken down as follows:
5 to 10 business days for us to receive the return.
3 to 5 business days for processing the return.
5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Restocking Fee Details:
A restocking fee of 20% may be deducted unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
Notification:
We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and your refund issued.
4. How to Initiate a Return
For All Items:
Log in to your account on our website. Navigate to your order history and click "Return Item(s)" and follow the on-screen instructions.
For Regulated Items:
Upon initiating a return for firearms or other regulated items, additional instructions will be provided. You must coordinate with your licensed FFL dealer to manage transfer paperwork and shipment.
5. Legal Compliance and Dispute Resolution
All returns are processed in accordance with Missouri state law and federal firearm regulations. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the outlined legal and procedural requirements. If you have concerns, contact our customer support and we will work to resolve any disputes.
